Paid what we were told was final bill prior to arrival. Once we arrived, we were told there was an additional charge. That will the charge was not large, it was more the principle and felt almost like we were being charged because they knew we didn’t have another option. But they simply included it from the initial rental agreement and is part of the cost, would not have been an issue. I will say the car was brand new, ran very well, the office staff was very polite and helpful.
