I highly recommend renting a car with this agency. We went as a couple and rented a Hyundai I10 at a very good price compared to other agencies, and everything went perfectly. The agency staff was very attentive, even picking us up at the airport upon our arrival and also when we had to return.
I rented a van for my family trip of 7, and everything was excellent and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the personalized attention from Victor, Eugenio, and Kennet, who provided me with high-quality service and support at all times. I will recommend this company to my friends who are traveling to Aruba for vacation next month.
Genesis is a terrific car rental service in Aruba. The vehicles are clean, well kept and reliable. The owners are trustworthy and work hard to make sure your vacation is trouble free. I will not rent from another car agency other than Genesis when I’m back on the island. I know there are larger and more popular rental agencies in Aruba and I have previously rented from other well known dealers. None of them compare to Genesis. Rent from them, you will not be disappointed.

We were referred from our AirBnb company to Genesis for a car rental for our trip in Aruba. We were looking for a large van and they had it - a Staria, it was perfect for our group. Although the rental company agents were polite there were many things that were not satisfactory. Before arriving I had emailed/called the rental agency to confirm where they were located since we had elderly travelers with us and I wanted to ensure there wasn't a long walk. I was told we are across the street from the airport terminal. This was incorrect as the company is located off airport site and across the street is where you meet them for pickup. I had to contact them to identify where to go and we had to lug our luggage for 7 people (half of them elderly to a couple of different areas across the street from the airport until we located the van that was picking us up). Once we arrived at the agency offsite location (located in an unkept yard/location with no real area to wait ie: unkept field with a fence around it) we were asked to do the paperwork which was fine and pay a deposit. The van that was provided to us had a couple issues and was not ready for our arrival: there was no gas in it (our options were to wait longer until the agent went to get it filled or take it as is and fill it ourselves - we chose to fill it ourselves after understanding where the closest gas station was), it was not clean (sand in the carpet, not wiped down on the inside and not washed on the outside). When we requested another vehicle that was ready we were told it was booked for another group - I found this to be unacceptable as my booking was made over 2 months before our trip and I expected the van to be in ready condition for our arrival time (which was indicated at booking). After a 12 hour flight we did not expect to have to fill up gas before proceeding with our trip. I appreciate that the agents were polite but that is not acceptable to not be ready for a reservation especially since we pre-booked over 2 months ago. On our departure day at 10am I received a text asking when we would be bringing the van back - we had indicated 1:30pm drop off. I indicated we would be bringing it back earlier around 11:30am and we dropped it off as mentioned. At 12-1pm I received a call from the rental agency asking when we would drop off the van - I clarified we had already dropped it off. There seemed to be confusion on this also. Would would recommend this company to others as long as you are fully aware of the nuances and miscommunication. Thanks.

Excellent service. Eugenio picked us up at the airport, and we went to the agency, which is about 5 minutes away. He delivered the car quickly and easily, explaining a few traffic rules to us.We wanted to add an extra day to our rental, and communication via WhatsApp was very easy and without any problems.When we returned the car, they returned our deposit and took us back to the airport.Highly recommended.

Very good experience.We rented an I10 GRAND for 10 days. It's a small car, but more than enough to get around the island.Eugenio was very kind, he picked us up and on the way back he took us to the airport.

I highly recommend Genesis Car Rentals when visiting Aruba!This is my second time visiting Aruba. First time in November which is a relatively slow time of the year, I rented through one of the major car rental companies which reside across the street when you exit the airport and it was a complete disaster. First thing was the number of people waiting for their rental cars (they said they had been waiting 40min)… also, it was hot outside ... When the rental finally showed up it was in terrible dirty condition and the child car seat was not good at all.This time, I asked my travel agent which company would they recommend if they had to rent a car and then said Genesis car rental.I will admit, I was nervous at first.. I filled in an online form and I dealt all over whatsapp (Whatsapp is very common to connect with businesses in Aruba btw). They had better rates than the other company I used before and they just needed a picture of my drivers license to draw up the contract.I was given instructions over what's app on what to do when I pass customs and when I am walking out .. easy to do by Using Whatsapp and connecting to airport wifi or I also recommend using Airalo for esim ... IRENE7987 my code to save - the internet is reliable and works well while In Aruba!! Back to my review. I was truly in awe..despite it being one of the busiest times of the year to visit Aruba, the Genesis car rental rep was on standby for my arrival and within minutes of me texting "walking out" met me across the street from the car rental places outside the airport. Child car seat was also in the car and in great condition. The SUV was clean and in good working order!Drop off was equally as easy.. just drop off at their car rental location and one of the drivers will drive you back to the airport in your rental at no extra charge. I also saw them cleaning the vehicles with vacuums, wet cloths etc .. so they really take great care with the maintenance of their vehicles.I hope my review helps put you at ease and will result in you finding a quality, reasonably priced car rental company for your visit to Aruba.Thank you Genesis Car rentals from Irene and Wun. Great service all around from the staff who delivered our van to the airport and for a group of 7 like ours the STARIA VAN worked out perfectly. And the checkout process was quick and easy, no office or counter visit required. Will definitely rent from Genesis again.

We had an amazing trip in Aruba thanks to Eugenio and Genesis Rental Cars! We had planned a bit late and forgot to get a rental car well in advance. I called or messaged just about all the companies in Aruba, and Genesis had the best rates and got back to me super quick. Eugenio was always so quick to respond to all of my messages and even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport as we had lots of baggage.
